and related training courses both virtually and in person. Services may be provided to

adults and children under the age of 13 with parental consent.

2. Eligibility

By registering for a class, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• A parent or legal guardian has consented to the registration if the participant is

under 18.

Parents or guardians are responsible for reviewing all policies when signing up a minor.

3. Class Registration

To reserve a seat in any class:

• Full payment is required at the time of registration.
• Accurate contact information must be provided to ensure timely communication of
• updates or changes.
• You are responsible for reviewing all pre-class instructions provided via email or text message.

For private, in-home, or group classes, the exact location must be confirmed at the time of

scheduling.

4. Class Attendance Requirements

To receive an AHA certification card:

• Arrive on time and be present for the full duration of the class.
• Successfully complete all required skills assessments and written components (if
• applicable).
• Follow all safety instructions from the instructor.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate and may be required to reschedule.

5. Certification Cards

CPR, BLS, or First Aid certification cards are issued through AHA’s eCard system.

Certification validity periods are determined by the AHA and not by CPR Certification Near

Me.

We are not responsible for delays caused by AHA systems or incorrect information

submitted by the customer.

6. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options offered through our

online booking system.

All payments must be made through our approved payment processor.

We do not accept cash payments for online bookings.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Students may reschedule a class at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24

hours before the scheduled start time.

Group and private class rescheduling may require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, as described in the Refund Policy below. By completing

your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

9. Safety and Conduct

Participants must:

• Conduct themselves responsibly
• Follow instructor directions
• Maintain a safe learning environment

We reserve the right to remove any participant who presents a safety risk, disrupts the

class, or violates these Terms. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

10. Children Under 13

We may provide training to and collect limited information from children under 13.

Parental consent is required for registration, participation, and information collection.

11. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Copy or misuse course materials
• Interfere with website functionality
• Attempt to access restricted systems

If a class is canceled by us, you will be permitted to reschedule at no cost.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be

resolved in the appropriate Maryland courts.
