This Refund Policy applies to all classes, training sessions, and services purchased from

CPR Certification Near Me.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for CPR, BLS, First Aid, and related training courses are nonrefundable.

This includes:

• Class registration fees
• Private/in-home session deposits
• Group training deposits
• Same-day bookings
• No-show appointments

By registering, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any

circumstance.

2. Rescheduling Instead of Refunds

Although refunds are not provided, customers may reschedule their session (subject to

the following conditions):

2.1 Individual Classes

• Rescheduling is permitted at no cost if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

2.2 Private or In-Home Classes

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.
• Travel-related fees or location-based costs may be applied if changes are made late.

2.3 Group or Corporate Classes

• Group or Corporate Classes require a 10% deposit up front
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

3. No-Show Policy

Customers who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notice will be marked as a

no-show but will be eligible for a complimentary reschedule.

If a participant is a no-show two (2) times in a row a new registration fee will be required to

book another class.

4. Class Cancellations by CPR Certification Near Me

If we must cancel a class due to instructor illness, emergencies, weather or circumstances

beyond our control, customers will be provided:

• A credit toward another training session

Refunds are not issued, even for classes canceled by us.

5. Late Arrivals

Ten (10) minutes after the hour is considered a late arrival and may not be admitted if the

instructor determines that the participant has missed essential course content.

Late arrivals are treated as no-shows, no refunds will be issued, but participants can

reschedule on the website.

6. Digital Products and Materials

Payments for downloadable or digital content—such as study guides, practice tests, or

supplemental materials—are non-refundable once delivered.
